At Celvoria, we want every order to be carefully prepared, inspected, and delivered with care.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
The total delivery time for your order includes two parts:
Processing Time: The time needed to prepare, produce, inspect, and pack your order before shipment.
Shipping Time: The time from when your package is handed over to the carrier until it is delivered to your address.
Processing Time:
Our swimwear and apparel products are carefully prepared before shipment. Some styles may include custom production, detailed finishing, or additional quality inspection.
Order processing usually takes 10–15 business days before shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated shipping time depends on your destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that the delivery time shown below is an estimate. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Multiple Items:
If you purchase multiple items, your order may be split into separate packages for shipment. If you receive only one of the packages, please do not worry; simply wait patiently for the remaining packages to arrive.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:
Since processing time and shipping time are separate, the estimated total delivery time is:
Standard Shipping: approximately 16–29 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your destination.
Express Shipping: approximately 13–21 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your destination.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
For most orders, applicable customs duties and clearance fees are handled as part of the shipping process.
However, import rules may vary by country or region. If any additional taxes, duties, or import fees are required by your local customs authority, they may be the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Cancellations or Address Changes:
Once your order is complete, we will send you a confirmation email and immediately begin preparing your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@shopcelvoria.com. We are happy to assist you.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can enter your tracking number here, or contact our customer service team at Support@shopcelvoria.com; our team will respond to you within 24 hours!
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us first at Support@shopcelvoria.com.We can quickly check your shipping status and resolve most issues directly.
Please note: Initiating a dispute (for example, through Klarna or your payment service provider) before contacting us may significantly delay the resolution process.
Contacting our support team directly is the fastest way to get assistance.
Shipping Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If a package cannot be delivered, is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Celvoria is not responsible for the issue. Any additional shipping fees or reshipment costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopcelvoria.com. We can only update the address before the order has been processed or shipped.
