Processing Time：
Our swimwear products feature exquisite craftsmanship; many styles incorporate custom manufacturing and meticulous hand-finishing techniques.
Due to the complexity of the production process, order processing requires 10–15 business days before shipment.
Each item undergoes careful production and rigorous quality inspection to ensure excellence prior to dispatch.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@shopcelvoria.com. We are able to accommodate order cancellations or changes provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Multiple Items:
If you purchase multiple items, your order may be split into separate packages for shipment. If you receive only one of the packages, please do not worry; simply wait patiently for the remaining packages to arrive.
