We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, or signs of wear.

The item must have all original tags attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

You will need to provide your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return?

To start a return, please contact us at support@shopcelvoria.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If the return is caused by our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will provide a return solution or cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@shopcelvoria.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

1.Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

2.Items without original tags or packaging.

3.Items marked as final sale.

Gift cards.Swimwear, bodysuits, underwear, and similar intimate items if the hygiene protection, tags, or original packaging have been removed.

Sale items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or style is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@shopcelvoria.com as soon as possible.

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return after delivery.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
